If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

  • Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)

All transactions are processed securely. Kenya Kart does not store your card details. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Kenya. Delivery timelines and fees vary by location and are displayed at checkout. Kenya Kart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the specified address.

7. Returns and Refunds
