Kenya Kart delivers across Kenya. This policy outlines our shipping zones, timelines, costs, and procedures.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all counties across Kenya. Delivery options and fees vary depending on your location:
- Nairobi CBD and environs: Same-day or next-day delivery available
- Other Nairobi areas: 1–2 business days
- Other major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Rural and remote areas: 3–7 business days
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery option. The exact fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping promotions are offered from time to time — check our homepage for current offers.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Orders placed after 3:00 pm or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order at Track Your Order.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery to your specified address. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Kenya Kart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@kenyakart.co.ke or via WhatsApp at +254 716 957 176.
For lost parcels, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. Claims for lost parcels must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
7. Public Holidays
Deliveries are not made on Kenyan public holidays. Orders placed before or during public holidays may experience delays.
