At Kenya Kart, we want you to love everything you buy. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Return
- WhatsApp us at +254 700 000 000 with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Send the item back via the agreed method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via M-Pesa or to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We'll sort it out at no cost to you.
